What kind of exercises can someone with a knee injury do to lose weight. I have had a torn ACL for 3 yrs and I have gained weight because of  this. I am limited on waht I can do. No surgery is not an option as  I have no insurance and my last MRI showed more damage plus ostoarthritis setting in

Consuming fat after a workout?

I havealways been taught/told that consuming fat after a weight lifting workout is counterproductive as it slows down digestion and inhibits the flow of protein to the muscles.
