"Out of shape"
"My name is out-of-shape I'm 5'11 in height weight 293. Almost 300pounds which I'am ashame of I wanna get down to at least 185pounds. All of my weight is in my hips & thighs that's too much on me. I defiantly want to lose the weight for myself & staying healthy."

Consuming fat after a workout?
I havealways been taught/told that consuming fat after a weight lifting workout is counterproductive as it slows down digestion and inhibits the flow of protein to the muscles.
