fatty & Overweight

I am becoming fat day by day.I was very health conscious before,but now a days not getting time to do workouts.After i take my dinner,i directly go to sleep,is that adding more to my weight gaining problem?.Suggest what should i do to become once again like before.However,i am not too fatty,but scared of becoming fatty in the coming time.
