Today is my first day of rest of my life. I have gained 40lbs in the last 6 - 7 months since I quit my job and have been staying at home. Engaged & Wants to Lose Weight

So this is my story......I am a 19 (almost 20) year old girl who is in desperate need to loose weight. I am engaged and wanting so bad to lose weight. I don't want to walk down the aisle overweight. We have yet to set a date yet because I want it to be perfect. Anyone with ideal or advice for me let me know.
