Chins are the New Noses

Social media is making the world smaller and more self conscious: According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, chin implantation (i.e. the 'chinplant') was the fastest growing surgical procedure in 2011. Overall, chin implants were up 71 percent with an almost even split of men (10,593) to women (10,087) having the procedure.
Some experts speculate that the uptick comes from the growing popularity of web cams and the volume of pictures on social media sites.
