But if you are looking for a reason to get out of bed, the latest research from the Copenhagen City Heart study found that only one to two and a half hours of jogging each week (15 to 20 minutes, four times per week) at a 'slow or average' pace is enough to increase life expectancy by 6.2 years for men and 5.6 years for women.
