Benefits Of Regular Exercise

Spanish researchers say that regular exercise in a heated pool may
benefit people who suffer from fibromyalgia. The small study
included a group of 33 women with fibromyalgia, 17 of whom did
supervised one-hour exercise sessions in a heated pool three times
a week, while 16 did no aquatic exercise. The researchers found
that the long-term aquatic exercise helped reduce fibromyalgia
symptoms and improved the women's health-related quality of life.
