Hysterectomy as a cure for menstrually triggered Migraines?

I have a history of migraine headache starting at the age of 12 and I am now 40. I feel that my headaches are related to my menstrual cycle. I have tried many drugs, exercise and diets. Has there been  research on hysterectomy as cure? Stephanie.
