A new study published in the journal Arthritis Care & Research suggests that an exercise program designed by the Arthritis Foundation may help ease symptoms in people with arthritis. In a study of 346 patients with an average age of 70 years, some patients participated in the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program while others did not.
