Exercise Routines For Women

Celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels, known for her role on the NBC reality program "The Biggest Loser" says that she hears the same 10 diet and exercise excuses from women all the time. The list includes common complaints about keeping junk food around for the kids, and the difficulty of getting into a routine with an unpredictable schedule. But Michaels says that keeping healthy is possible, and she offers reactions and solutions for the busy working woman.
