New embryo test may boost chance of pregnancy

A new test may help doctors determine which embryos are most viable. Traditionally, fertility experts have made decisions about which embryos to implant based on how well they appear to be growing. But a new, one-minute "fitness" test evaluates an embryo's metabolism--a process that doctors say helps them determine which one will bring about pregnancy.
