Almost Killed By CrossFit Training Workout?

Yesterday a jury in Northern Virginia awarded $300,000 to a former United States Navy sailor who sued a gym for administering the CrossFit workout.  CrossFit is an intense strength and conditioning fitness workout that states as it's goal "to create the quintessential athlete, equal parts gymnast, Olympic weightlifter and sprinter"
