A new study has found that interactive video games, such as the Nintendo Wii, may be helping get Americans in shape. Wii games such as the Wii Fit, and sports games increase calorie burn as much as moderately-intense exercise, researchers found. The Nintendo-funded study found that the boxing game, along with the yoga one-arm stand, were the most challenging. The study's authors say that video-game exercise was better than getting none at all.
