Probiotic drinks may help reduce antibiotic-related GI woes

Drinks containing probiotic bacteria can reduce antibiotic-related diarrhea, British researchers say. In a recent study, only 12 percent of antibiotic patients who drank a probiotic yogurt drink developed diarrhea, versus 34 percent of patients given a placebo to drink. Read more »
