Qigong Exercise

According to a new small study, a form of traditional Chinese
medicine known as Qigong therapy may help relieve osteoarthritis
(OA). Qigong is a general term for a variety of traditional Chinese
exercises and therapies that seek to balance or unblock energy
forces within and around the body. In the study, two Qigong healers
worked with people with OA using these methods, and the patients
reported significant pain reduction and increased function after
