The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has banned the use of
quinine sulfate as a remedy for restless legs and leg cramps. Joe
and Teresa Graedon of The People's Pharmacy discuss the FDA's
reasons for this decision and also give patients who have been
using quinine other possible remedies for restless legs and leg
cramps.
