Contrary to popular belief, garlic doesn't lower cholesterol, a new study in the Archives of Internal Medicine suggests. Researchers at Stanford University tested raw garlic and two well-known garlic supplements and found that none of the three forms of garlic had any significant effect on cholesterol. Read more »
