Vitamins after a workout may undo exercise benefits

People who exercise to lose weight and avoid diabetes may want to steer clear of vitamins C and A after a workout, experts say. Both vitamins help the body by getting rid of "free radicals" that damage cells and DNA, but those same free radicals also appear to help the body become more sensitive to insulin. So researchers say that taking the supplements after a workout may undo some of the health benefits of your exercise session.
