Women who want to maintain their weight need to exercise for one hour per day, a new study has found. The report, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, followed 34,000 middle-aged women for a period of 13 years. They found that overweight women needed to diet in addition to getting an hour's daily exercise, while those who were at a normal weight were able to maintain their size if they exercised daily.
