Sun-drenched, juicy oranges, grapefruits, lemons and limes are at their peak right now. Citrus fruits are high in vitamin C and potassium. They also contain good amounts of vitamin A and fiber, as well as health-promoting antioxidants. All that vitamin C can help your body fight bugs during the cold and flu season.
