Food Aromas May Fight Obesity

The aromas of food that are released when you chew appear to trigger feelings of fullness, a new study has found. The discovery could lead to preventive measures for obesity, either by developing foods that have powerful aromas, or by finding how scents trigger feelings of satisfaction and fullness.  Read full story >
