New research suggests more is better when it comes to exercising. A 20-year study on more than 100,000 runners found that the more miles a person ran the less likely they were to develop heart disease or have strokes. The study's lead researcher says that most health experts are interested only in getting sedentary, obese people moving, but he believes that even active people should be educated about the advantages of increasing the amount of exercise.
