Some patients get seizures while taking WELLBUTRIN SR. If you have a seizure while taking WELLBUTRIN SR, stop taking the tablets and call your doctor right away. Do not take WELLBUTRIN SR again if you have a seizure. Hypertension (high blood pressure). Some patients get high blood pressure, sometimes severe, while taking WELLBUTRIN SR.
