Symptoms
Abdominal pain Diarrhea -
Vomiting blood (occasional)
Signs and tests
Signs include ulcers in the stomach and small intestine.
Tests include:
Abdominal CT scan - Calcium infusion test

Endoscopic ultrasound - Exploratory surgery
Gastrin blood level - Octreotide scan
Secretin stimulation test
