Symptoms
Dark urine Fatigue -
Pale color (pallor) Rapid heartbeat Shortness of breath - Yellow skin color (jaundice)
Signs and tests
An examination may reveal an enlarged spleen.
Tests include:
Direct Coombs' test -
Hemoglobin in the urine - Indirect Coombs' test

bilirubin levels Serum haptoglobin
