Prevention
  • DO NOT smoke.
  • Get a yearly flu vaccine and a pneumococcal vaccine as directed by your doctor.
  • Reduce your exposure to air pollution.
  • Wash your hands (and your children's hands) frequently to avoid spreading viruses and other infections.
