Symptoms

Symptoms vary according to the affected artery, but may include:

  • Neurological changes such as:
    • Dizziness
    • Blurred vision
    • Weakness
  • Blood pressure changes
  • Breathing problems
  • Numbness of an arm
  • Reduced pulse
  • Transient ischemic attacks
