Symptoms
Symptoms occur only with heavy infections. Symptoms include:
Diarrhea - Gastrointestinal discomfort
- Itchy anus
- Poor appetite
- Weakness
Signs and tests
Examination of the stool for eggs confirms the diagnosis.
