Food Sources
Vitamin B6 is found in:
- Avocado
- Banana
- Legumes (dried beans)
- Meat
- Nuts
- Poultry
- Whole grains
Fortified breads and cereals may also contain vitamin B6. Fortified means that a vitamin or mineral has been added to the food.
