Risks for any anesthesia are:
- Allergic reactions to medicines
- Breathing problems
Risks for any surgery are:
- Bleeding
- Blood clot
- Infection
Other risks for hypospadias:
- A hole that leaks urine (fistula)
- Large blood clot (hematoma)
- Scarring or narrowing of the repaired urethra
