I am 70 years old but still very virile. ED is a problem and is VERY satisfactorily treated with either Viagra OR Cialis. We have excellent lovemaking with orgasm and ejaculation at the start of an evening but, sometimes, the urge for another round after dinner and, say, two glasses of wine does arise. The drug then seems to leave me in the lurch. Is there a different drug or combination of drugs that is MORE effective? Would the "Soft" variants of the drugs be a better option as they are absorbed in the mouth and do not go through digestive system?
