Having analyzed the causes, I made a conclusion that I have a psychological type of the Erectile Dysfunction, because some very unpleasant events took place in my life that put a strain on me and I become too nervous and tired. They say that in such a case, it is necessary to get rid of the cause, and everything will settle. I really hope that it is the truth because I do not want to go to the doctor for the present time. I want to try to cope with my problems by myself. There is a lot of information about how to bring your life in normal if you have the Erectile Dysfunction. However, there is no definite answer. That is why I have to limit to general recommendations. So, to finish with the Erectile Dysfunction, I must:

  • keep to normal and healthy life-style, eat regularly and rightly, go in for sports, watch my health;
  • not abuse smoking, alcohol, and not use drugs;
  • not use medicamental agents that lead to the Erectile Dysfunction, or use them only on doctor's orders in accordance with instructions.

I hope it works! In other case I do not even imagine what I’ll do!
