Today I received some prescriptions how to intensify the erection. Here they are:
- Crush and mix seeds of onion – 16 g, seeds of hemp – 18 g, seeds of wild carrot – 9 g, seeds of nettle and poppy – 12 g each, naked sesame – 15 g and sugar – 18 g. Take 6 g of the mixture with deluted dessert wine;
- Roots of asparagus, milk and butter - 1 kilo each, seeds of carrot and turnip to 90 g each. Crush dry components and mix them with milk and butter. Boil the mixture till the milk is evaporated and thick mass remains. Take 85 – 170 g once per day.
- Crush and mix parsley, ginger, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, musk, honey, nuts, fennel fruits and royall jelly. Take 1 g 2-3 times per day.
Depending on the season, it is necessary to include melon, onion, parsley, nuts and pumpkin, from which you can cook different meals. They recommended to drink a half of glass of pumpkin juice and to take onion, cottage cheese with garlic, dill and caraway in quantities. As a side dish for fish meals haricot is recommended.
For making better erection the tea from young leaves and fruit stems of cherries, white currants, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, vine and leaves of birch is very useful. Perhaps, these recommendations are worth to be taken into account, and it will be useful to try them.

I've noticed you are the primary participant of this forum; I'm sorry you have to be here! As we age, life throws all kinds of challenges at us men, and our wives too.
Did you try these prescriptions? If so, which, if any, did anything for you?
I am 65, and have had type 1 diabetes for 61 years, ED for the past 10 years and have tried all kinds of products & techniques to deal with it. Penile exercise is one that has been benificial to us. I use a pump as frequently as possible. We use liquid Cialis and a constriction-ring with very good results.
Another thing that has helped is to restore my testosterone(T) / estradiol(E2) ratio to about what it was in my youth; that translates to total T of more than 800 ng/dL and serum estradiol to around 20pg/ml. According to a NIH study, the target T/E2 ratio should be in the range of 20 to 1. However, one has to be careful with T theraphy. Excess E2 will aromatazise T onto E, so we have to be careful and use supplements to keep E2 levels in check.
Known antagonists of aromataze are saw palmetto and zinc. If you are supplementing testosterone, you MUST take at least 300 mgm of saw palmetto and 50 mgm of zinc daily (and also copper since zinc depletes copper). Saw palmetto may also block metabolism of testosterone to androstenedione, another potent androgen which has been implicated in prostate disease.
Also, plants in the crucifer family (cabbage, kale, brocolli and brussel sprouts) contain large amounts of an estrogen antagonist called indole-3-carbinol, I3C for short. This has been shown to be very helpful against women's hormone dependent cancers, such as breast and cervical cancers. We men can benefit from the same breakthrough. Eat plenty from this group. Chrysin (passion flower), available as capsules or cream also has a definite beneficial effect in this context. Avena sativa (oats) is also said by some to increase free testosterone.
I don't know anything about your physical condition, so please don't be offended by the following if it does not apply to your case. Studies from one laboratory have shown that obese men have elevated serum estrogen levels and diminished levels of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and free and total testosterone, all in proportion to their degree of obesity. They say: "Obesity in males is associated with decreased total and free testosterone levels as well as elevated estradiol levels. The decrease in testosterone occurs without the compensatory increases in gonadotropin and a progressive hypogonadotropic hypogonadal cycle develops.
"During the hypogonadal state, there is a preferential deposition of abdominal adipose tissue. With the increasing fatty-tissue accumulation, there is an increase of aromatase activity that is associated with a greater conversion of testosterone to estradiol (testosterone-estradiol shunt).
"This results in further depression of testosterone concentrations and leads to the increased preferential deposition of abdominal fat that, in turn, leads to a progressive hypogonadal state. Testalactone, an aromatase inhibitor, interrupts this cycle and repairs the depressed testosterone concentrations and decreases estradiol levels.
This increases the testosterone levels and reverses the preferential deposition of abdominal fat, while increasing muscle protein and fat-free mass."
