So, the other guy sent me the following pieces of advice:
1. Regular physical exercise. It is enough to go 3 km with a prompt step every day for the achievement of result.
2. To drink beer in a moderate quantity. The Czech medics have cleared that 1 glass (not more) of beer serves as a magnificent natural stimulator.
3. To walk barefooted. The foot of a man has several points being responsible for strengthening sexuality and erection. It is enough to reject wearing house slippers, and things will taking a turn for the better.
4. Eutrophy: oysters, salt-water fish (especially red herring), bergamot, ginger, cinnamon, dates, unboiled quail eggs.
5. Contrast douche. Best of all, throw water on the whole body (7 times – cold water, 7 times – hot water), then put under the contrast douche the pelvis region (either 7 times). Then you must massage thoroughly with a towel putting special attention to your genitals.
6. Take vitamin E and mineral zinc. Any vitamin complex containing these substances will be useful.
