Today I receive a lot of information about ginseng from one guy. It is very pleasant that I am not alone with my problem. There are a lot of men who have the same problems and what is more pleasant is that they try to help somehow. They send me a lot of pieces of advice, their points of view, methods, recommendations and so on. Well, thanks them all. Here is some sentences from the letter about the ginseng:

“The Chinese and the Tibetan use the ginseng for treatment this disease for several thousand years, always attaining success and beneficial results. There is nothing preternatural or mysterious in this method of treatment. You should not be afraid of it. The only thing you should do is to start the treatment with the ginseng root boldly.

There exist several types of ginseng. However, the best one is considered a wild Manchurian ginseng. So, here is a prescription with the ginseng:

  • Run with cold boiled sweet water the root (40-50 g) for 3-4 hours. Then cut, put into 500 milliliters of alcohol and draw the mixture for 17-20 days in a dark place. Take 10 milliliters once per day, half an hour before a meal without taking water after. The drunk amount of alcohol add during the 2 weeks. The course of treatment takes 90 days with two 10 days interruption. Such course may be repeated only in a year.
