ED following prostatectomy, worsening after lumbar fusion surgery

At age 50 I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I had a successful nerve sparing surgery. Later back fusion surgery was done with an anterior approach resulting in worsening ED. I am reluctant to use injections. A combination of oral meds and rubber rings gives a less than satisfactory result.

    i had the same thing, but they crimped a lot of the blood veins. so as nowhere near what i use to be. but still have feeling,as always.

    can they repair the veins??   i am 52.
