hello my name is Ben, and i am 30 years old. I have been in a wheelchair for my whole life, do to a birth defect called spina bifida. My question is this. several years ago, i had some major infections in my bowel and bladder due to a pressure sore that got way out of control. I am now unable to have an erection or ejaculate. I do get very aroused in the mind, I still I want to have sex, but my physical body doesnt react. Is there anything short of surgery i can do to remedy this? i feel i am in the prime of my life and want to be with a woman, but am unable to. any suggestions??
