    This was a truly awful response.  It gave no information.  I had to Google Tadalafil to learn that it is generic for Cialis.

    Cialis is actualy just the brand name and tadalafil is the ingredient in it. I do not have severe ED but do get it time to time and a person who does not have ED should not take these meds. I would recommend asking a doctor or researching sites such as www.healthcentral.com or even www.edguider.com do your homework before resulting to meds like tadalafil. Thanks Jay for the great response to this question.
