    I have had the same op and am into my 9 month post I have incontinance and e d  have had some reduction in penis size also in testes  I am getting better with incontince  I also had micer infection in hospital  this has slowed my healing my ed is total and i have a pump this works to get you hard but it leaves you with a soft penis behind the ring you can work around this but it is not like before  levetra worked before but nothing now doc said it may get beter after 2 years  what was your urinary sprintra for was it a sling?

    Hi Frank it is nice to know that i'm not the only one out there. The implant i had is called the AMS800 Link- http://www.americanmedicalsystems.com/mens_how_works_detail_objectname_male_AMS_800.html

    A simple op and quick recovery (5 days in hospital) but at least you dont wet your self. There is photos of it on the web just by typing AMS 800 and search all the info.

    As to ED im still awaiting a trial of an injection to the base of the penis (sounds painfull) because i cant have viagra etc due to a faulty ticker,
