ED after Prostate Cancer surgery

By Dan Willis Thursday, April 30, 2009

Living with ED after a Radical Prostectomy and Radiation treatment has left me with some physical disabilities.

1. Erectile Dysfunction.

2. Incontinance.

3. A very reduced size Penis.

The incontinance side of things resulted in having a Urinary Sphincter fitted, which helps greatly, leaving only ED but im assured that an injection to the penis works!!

At this stage im waiting for the sphincter to heal, so at 62 maybe some day i might be able to surprise my wife of 49yrs again.

Hi Frank it is nice to know that i'm not the only one out there. The implant i had is called the AMS800 Link- http://www.americanmedicalsystems.com/mens_how_works_detail_objectname_male_AMS_800.html

A simple op and quick recovery (5 days in hospital) but at least you dont wet your self. There is photos of it on the web just by typing AMS 800 and search all the info.

As to ED im still awaiting a trial of an injection to the base of the penis (sounds painfull) because i cant have viagra etc due to a faulty ticker,

my web site is beaufortprostate@webs.com or beaufortprostate@wideband.net.au

Good luck, please let me know how you get on, Email danielwillis@wideband.net.au
