    My apologies - I reversed the impact of the two supplements in the study that was halted - selenium in high doses (taken alone)seems to put men at slightly higher risk for diabetes and vitamin E in high doses by itself seemed to put the men in the stdy at higher (rather than lower ) risk of prostate cancer.

     

    Again, this large study was halted and you should talk to your doctor about the implications and what you can do to lower your risk of prostate cancer.
