satisfaction

I have tried all the other alternatives, and am considering a penile implant of the inflatable type. I would like to hear from those who have already done so: what is your level of satisfaction? What do  you like and not like about it? What problems have you had?

penile implant

I am considering a penile implant and would like to discuss this with some people who have already to this. If there are people out there that have had experience with a penile implant and would like to share I would appreciate the conversation.   Sincerely, slowly

What new treatments are available

I have been with this problem for 12 years. I am a type 2 diabetic. I tried viagra etc with no positive result. I am ohterwise healthy. What else can I do?
