I think its reasonable to get screened for your testosterone level and to get a general work up with a doctor, especially if you haven't seen on for awhile.  I'd also examine what kind of stress or pressure your under, your diet and exercise since taking care of yourself guarantees a better liklihood that 'all parts of your machinery stay in good working order."

Hello Sarim - Healthgal's suggestions were very good ones. Looking at it from a psychologist's perspective I am wondering if you are taking any medications that could reduce your sex drive and response. Some antidepressants are notorious for this effect(http://www.healthcentral.com/depression/find-drug.html). If you are not taking any other medications I am also curious if you have been experiencing any symptoms of depression(http://www.healthcentral.com/depression/understanding-depression.html?ic=4018). You might want to check out the Understanding Depression section of HealthCentral to see if you have symptoms that might be indicating a problem with this disorder. If so, please contact your physician or a mental health professional. Depression can have a very detrimental effect on sexual interest and performance.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability of a man to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for his or his partner's sexual needs.
