Q: My partner is 61; we have been sexually active for 2 weeks. He gets an erection with ease but loses the urge to climax at the critical moment and then go flacid while inside me. He is in good health

His physical shape is a little overweight but he looks young for his age. This condition in a new relationship is very worrying. I am 49 with a good libido, slim and attractive - so it's not the physical attributes which are not working in our favour. In the early part of our relationship I wasn't ready to have penetration so he would masterbate on me and rub himself on parts of me - and later found that he might have injured himself doing this as urinating was painful. This could be the problem perhaps?
