Q: How do I know if I have reached the point of no return for curing ED?

Physical: diagnosed w/ diabetes 3 yrs ago, prostate cancer seed emplants last year w/radiation therapy, 50 yrs old, in fair physical condition exercise regularly, high stress level (financial, family issues w/ immediate family-ex & daughters, job changes). After cancer treatment became depressed last yr. Most importantly, sexual desire is decreasing and ejaculation almost non existant & ability to hold erection is under 5 minutes.   I've been told many conflicting answers even among Urologists, Oncologist, & reputable medical web sites. Help!

TP - You have certainly gone through a lot and have some pretty formidable physical and psychosocial issues to overcome. However, answering your question would require knowing what you have tried and how those approaches worked. It would also require knowing how well your diabetes is controlled and whether you are being treated for depression. If you would like to get back to me with that info I'd be happy to see if there is anything I could contribute to the confusing and contradictory opinions you have already received.
