hmm thank you for the info and reply,  but.  i seem to have 3 1/2 inches.  as i have ended up with, full pumped( i do have an implant)   4 inch tool, whereas i had  7 1/2 be fore

 what kinda choice do i have now.  or is this just it!!

It's to my understanding from my urologist thatdepending on previous size if more than 7 inches you might be able to kepp at least 6 inches. I'll let you know, I go on the 26th of this month to be pumped up for the first time since surgery and I will admit I am a little worried of results. I can't understand why they can't make the cylinders to fit every one's natural size . Even if it gives us something to work with it would be nice to stay the same size or larger. Keep in touch and I will let you know the results of my size change.

  hmm all i can say is this.  lol   mine was 3/4 pumped  when i went to get pumped up ofr the frist time lol.   i had wondered whay the heck it pained soo lol lol.

for me it was a real real let down.  it seems we have the same kinda "plant'.    i still ache a bit. and its been 5months  since i got it.

       as i said, i have no more than 4inches  at full. and i am pissed!!!  i'd hate to have to go throught this again  . . . but i will.  to get it right.

but!!   hmm my doc did mine "free hand". did your doc do the same or use the robotic arm thingy?   i have a pal, hie doc used the robo arm.  i have not heard from him in months.

 but to your question.  yes i have a good one. but its not the same. i miss the feel of eaculation, but i can say it feels a bit more intense.  but the down side , is that i have pain afterwards. like as if the seman is trying to get out, but can't, and back by the rectum.  at times i get it .. other i dont.  hope it will pass lol with a lot of use  lol.  oh oh  if you have not, call the AMS people, give (her)   and it is a her. all your info.  she too can asewre a lot  things for ya,
