You need to check them and their treatments out through a reputable source locally (university hospital or established doctor for second opinion) or by calling the American Board of Urology.

Marcus - It is difficult to judge the professionalism, thoroughness of assessment, diagnostic accuracy, and attention to treatment details from a website (which is all I have to go on). Injections can be very effective but they are not a "cure". If you have had a thorough exam and no underlying health issues have been identified, and if you have tried all of the other treatment approaches you may want to consider the injections. However, if you are not comfortable with that approach seek a second opinion and see if the recommendation is the same. You should also ask why this particular option is best for you. Good Luck!
