My boyfriend has difficulty maintaining an erection. He has problems ejaculating and can only orgasm through oral sex. He is 46 and has had by-pass surgery in the last year. He is in good physical condition. We have tried Viagra and it helps keep his erection longer but he still cant ejaculate throughintercourse. Would aspirin help with blood flow?

He clearly can ejaculate, as evidenced by your comment regarding oral sex. I presume therefore he can also ejaculate by masturbation? His surgery could well have knocked his confidence and he may be concerned whether the physical activity associated with sexual intercourse might affect his heart. I'm guessing this problem only started after his surgery?
This sounds like a psychological rather than a physical problem. If he is willing I think it might be useful to seek help from a qualified sex therapist, or if the root of the problem seems to be his heart, getting reassurance from a heart specialist.
