Q: unable to have sexual intercourse

A 55 yr old male unable to maintain an erection. Recently retired from the military. I have been diagnosis with varicose varix in the penis. I have erectile dysfunction, premature ejualation, unable to produce sperm, just pure liquid. I have had an ultrasound stating I have spercatole in my scotoms. Is this a form of cancer? I have been my own physician since VA doctors today don't care about treating it's veterans as you have probrably read several articles stating VA problems.

I have tried all pills available, the pump, liquid gel, injection gel. Only thing left is the implanted pump but this will not help if I can't produce the sperm. Any recommendations?
