The only treatment aside from the penile bands I am using that my doctor suggests is an implant which I will not consider, yet. The reason both my doctor and I are sure that my trouble is venous leakage is that I can get a 3/4 erection during foreplay but it soon fades to little more than flacid state. I then install a penile band and a really full erection results immediately. The bands also have a down side in that I can reach ejaculation only about 10% of the time or less. This makes me believe that the bands disrupt the nerve transmission so that I never 'get off' and even if I do, the erection remains rock hard until I release the band, even if I go to the full 30 minutes (the maximum time between installation and removal). There are those who would say I am lucky to be sexually active at age 77. I do take levitra/cialis.
