If your question relates to premature ejaculation then the answer is less to do with time and more to do with the satisfaction of both people in the sexual relationship. A great number of men ejaculate within a couple of minutes after penetration and on average the time for ejaculation is around 5-6 minutes. Men generally learn to exercise control over ejaculation, especially if they feel their partner needs more time before they reach orgasm. Some recent research suggests that some of the most satisfying sexual relationships are based around minutes of sexual intercourse rather than hours.
